What to Expect:

The signature Barre Standard class is a one hour, isometric based, low impact workout. Zero dance or fitness experience is needed to follow along and have an amazing time. For some, the intensity of a new fitness style can be overwhelming so we encourage you to take it at your own pace and take modifications whenever you need. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after class. Advise your instructor of any injuries, pre/post-natal needs, or questions prior to class. The best class for beginners is our signature 60-minute Barre Standard class.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to meet your instructor and get a tour of the studio. Your instructors are trained to help you thrive. Something moving too fast? Does a movement feel off? Want a tip on advancing your workout? ASK US!

What to Wear:

Wear comfortable workout clothing that you can easily move in. Fitted attire is recommended (such as leggings) as it allows the instructor to easily ensure you are correctly positioned and working to your full potential in class. *Socks are required in the studio at all times for safety and hygiene purposes. Grip socks are highly recommended to prevent your feet from sliding, which are available for purchase at the front desk.

What to Bring:

All you need is yourself, socks, water bottle and a towel (if you want). We provide all of the equipment.
